1. What are the creation steps of my Website?
Firstly, we specify together the different sections that you wish to appear on your website. Once the sections are defined, we create a design that fit your musical style. In order to make you fully satisfied, we recommend you to give us some ideas of what your style is and of the atmosphere you want to create with your Website.
Afterwards, you can provide us the elements that will fill the different sections of your site : (text, photos, biography,…).
We will email you once we have the mockup of your website and wait for your approval. You will have the possibility to indicate possible modifications and In this case, our team will send you back the final design, based on your input.
The next step is to proceed to the payment, which allows us to open your hosting account and other possible options that you have chosen to subscribe to. We will then provide you a link by email with the URL of your website as well as the link to access to the administration mode. Your website is now in your hands! You can modify its content; add/delete elements thanks to the administration’s tool of E-scale.
2. What are the deadlines for the creation of my Website?
We do our best to meet tight deadlines, the average being one week to complete the different steps (see FAQ 1) Of course, it will also depend on the fastness of our email exchanges and on the different options you have chosen.
3. Will the Design you create represent my Band’s style?
Absolutely and it is also our goal! We create a personalized design for each band with the aim of immersing the visitor inside your musical world.
4. Can I create my own design and then provide it to E-Scale?
Of course, you can create your own design and then benefit of a discount of 30 euro.

5. Can I provide to E-Scale pictures that I want to be used on my website’s design?
Yes, but you have to make sure that either you own the rights to these images, that the images are copyright free or belong to the public domain.
You also have to make sure that their resolution/size is high enough. We recommend a resolution 800*600.
6. Will I be completely self-sufficient regarding the updates and additional content of my website?
Yes, totally. E-scale provides you an administration tool that will allow you to update your website as often as you wish. If you have any questions regarding our administration tool, our email-hotline is available and free of charge.
7. Will I have the possibility to add a section once the Website is finished? How to proceed?
We recommend you to well choose your sections before we start to create the design. However, we can go back on the design and then add sections but this requires additional work that shall be charged according to the nature of the modifications.
8. What happens if I don’t renew my domain name after one year of use?
If you have subscribed to the personalized ‘domain name’ option and that you don’t wish to renew it, we will place an URL such as http://MYSITE.mymuziksite.com.
This URL is totally free of charge and allows you maintain your website online.
9. My band has already a website and simply wishes that E-scale provides me an autonomous administration. Is it possible?
It will depend on your website’s design. We can possibly adapt your design to make it compatible with E-scale. Please contact us via email to set up a specific price.
10. As the prices of Escale’s offers are very low comparing to other similar companies, must I fear advertisement on my Website?
Absolutely not ! No advertisement will appear on your website.
Our low prices come from our goal of making professional websites affordable to all.
11. Will I have to pay monthly for my Website’s hosting?
The hosting payment is included in our "website offer" and has to be renewed each year. (See our terms and conditions)
12. I already have a website and I want to keep my domain name. Is it possible?
It will depend on the company that registers your domain name (registrar). Usually you only have to define the parameters and make it point to our server. For more information, please contact us via email and don’t hesitate to ask for advices to your registrar. We won’t charge you The "Domain Name" option but you will be responsible of the domain’s name renewing.
